Job Interview Tips We’ve collected the best links, downloads and resources to help you prepare for that all-important job interview - and being prepared is everything. Prepare, rehearse and practice most employers will accommodate a few nerves if you can show that you have researched the company and the role and have thought about what you can bring to the job. Clearly you’ll know your resume inside-out and have confirmed your referees and researched the company and the role. You’ll also have at least one intelligent question prepared to ask the interviewer. Plan your travel to the interview with plenty room for the unexpected lateness is not an option. Don’t forget to have some examples ready of how you have demonstrated your strengths (leadership/creativity etc) in a scenario say when there was conflict or when something went wrong or an example of how you work well with others. Be positive, a little early, neat and conservatively dressed. Good luck! |
